Seda Mallatt is the Interior Designer and Principal at Say-Duh Designs, LLC, an interior design and décor company for commercial, residential, and hospitality properties. In the Summer of 2021, Seda founded Say-Duh Designs in Kent, Washington upon observing an increasing demand for interior designers in the hospitality industry.
Having envisoned a plan to practice her passion for modern design, she pursued opportunities to collaborate with contractors on construction projects. She quickly established herself among the Greater Seattle area’s most sought-after interior designers. She pioneered in hospitality and income property development solutions and introduced human-centric design concepts tailored to both commercial and residential clientele.

Seda Harutyunyan is the Interior Designer and Principal at Say-Duh Designs, LLC, an interior design and décor company for commercial, residential, and hospitality properties. In the Summer of 2021, Seda founded Say-Duh Designs in Kent, Washington upon observing an increasing demand for interior designers in the hospitality industry.

Seda moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2015 to spearhead high-volume logistic programs and operations at one of Seattle’s largest ecommerce and technology resellers. Prior to corporate retail, she oversaw all aspects of interior design and renovation project management at multiple learning, wellness, and sports centers around California State University’s Northridge campus. She held various positions in building, property, facilities and large-capacity venue management from 2013 to 2015.

Seda holds a B.S. Tourism, Hospitality, and Recreation Management from CSUN. She has supported the GSBA Scholarship Fund as a volunteer facilitator and interviewer annually since 2020, and the RASKC Animal Shelter as a volunteer store partner since 2017.
